Our main Sunday service is at 10am and includes groups and activities for children (up to the age of 14). The 8.45 Eucharist is a quieter service. Both morning services include hymns and a sermon. In the evening we have a monthly pattern of services, each with its own character: 1st Sunday of the month, 6.00pm: Taste Taste begins with food, drink and conversation, and continues with music, prayer, teaching and reflection. 2nd Sunday of the month, 7.00pm: LOL (venues vary) LOL is a service shared between several churches, run by and for young people. 3rd Sunday of the month, 6.30pm: Tranquillity An hour to drop in for simple peace and quiet, with resources provided for prayer and reflection; concluding with a service of Night Prayer. 4th Sunday of the month, 6.30pm: Service with Prayers for Healing A reflective service using ‘Taizé’ chants, led by the Guild of St Raphael. Prayers are offered for healing and wholeness for all. There is also a said Communion service every Thursday evening at 7.00pm. |
