Our main Sunday service is at 10am and includes groups and activities for children (up to the age of 14). The 8.45 Eucharist is a quieter service. Both morning services include hymns and a sermon. DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS THE 10 O'CLOCK SERVICE EACH SUNDAY ALTERNATES WITH ST MARGARET OF ANTIOCH. PLEASE SEE MONTHLY NEWSSHEET FOR DETAILS In the evening we have a monthly pattern of services, each with its own character: 1st Sunday of the month, 6.30pm: Taste Taste is a loosely structured service at which we have the opportunity to explore things more deeply, and to pray. We meet at 6.30pm for refreshments, which are followed by the service in whatever form it takes that month. We aim to be finished by 8.30pm. 2nd Sunday of the month, 7.00pm: Edge A youth-led service shared between several churches, run by and for young people. Venues vary, so see the current newssheet for details. 3rd Sunday of the month No service. 4th Sunday of the month, 6.30pm: "Shalom" - Service with Prayers for Healing A reflective service using ‘Taizé’ chants, led by the Guild of St Raphael. Prayers are offered for healing and wholeness for all. There is also a said Communion service every Thursday evening at 7.00pm. |
